Builder’s dust gone before handover.

What we clean

• Construction dust removed from all surfaces, shelves and ledges
• Windows, frames and window tracks
• Paint splatter, adhesive and sticker residue removed
• Cabinets and cupboards, inside and out
• Kitchen and bathroom fixtures cleaned and polished
• Tile and grout haze removal (tested on a small area first)
• Floors cleaned, plus skirting boards and door frames

Builders, project managers, renovators and homeowners who need an empty property cleaned before final inspection, handover or move-in.

We price by property size and by how much dust and residue there is. Send photos or a short video to 0450 986 211 for a quote, usually the same day.

Please have the builder’s rubbish removed and water and power connected, so we can clean every surface and fixture.
